Since 1995 I have specialized in residential real estate in Belding and Greenvillle, Michigan.  I have been loyal to one company my entire career, a company which has been tremendously good to me in so many ways.  My reputatation has been built around putting the needs of my clients ahead of everything else. 

I don't believe in the "Hard Sell" so I approach the business a little differently.  An appropriately priced and properly staged home will sell itself, given the right marketing plan.  My goal is to educate my clients empowering them to make financially sound decisions based on their needs and desires.

If I am working for you, I will lay the facts on the table, give my opinion if appropriate, but ultimately you are the boss!  I am bound by my duty as a licensed real estate agent to work on your behalf at your direction, and as a Realtor® I am further governed by the NAR Code of Ethics.  Simply stated, the needs of my client come first!
