Since 1995 I have specialized in residential real estate in Belding and Greenvillle, Michigan.  It might surprise you that my job is not selling houses.  That is the end result, the goal.  My career is built around putting the needs of my clients ahead of everything else. 

I personally believe as a Realtor® I'm in the business of marketing and education.  Never selling.  An appropriately priced and properly staged home will sell itself, given the right marketing plan.  My goal is to educate my clients empowering them to make financially sound decisions based on their needs and desires.

If I am working for you, I will lay the facts on the table, give my opinion, but ultimately you are the boss!  I am bound by my duty as a licensed real estate agent to work on your behalf at your direction, and as a Realtor® I am further governed by the NAR Code of Ethics.  Simply stated, the needs of my client come first!
